- Items without original packaging or tags.
- Products purchased on sale or promotional offers (unless defective).

Refund Policy

- The product has been returned and inspected by our team.
- The issue meets the eligibility criteria for a refund.
5.2. Refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer.
- Store credit (if preferred by the customer).
5.3. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, the following conditions apply:
- The product must meet the eligibility criteria for a return.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Any price difference between the exchanged items must be settled.
Shipping Charges
7.1. Return shipping costs will be covered by Roraaj only for defective or incorrect products.
7.2. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
